2.  Injury Prevention and Sport Optimization

We are passionate about injury prevention, that is why we offer the Movement and Wellness Screening Assessment to sporting groups, companies and individuals.

Research shows the biggest risk factor for an injury is a past injury.

This indicates that without proper rehabilitation, injuries leave you vulnerable to problems down the track.

Two examples:

  • an ankle sprain may lead to stiffness in the ankle joint and calf that eventually leads to pain in the knee

  • straining your hamstring can eventually lead to excessive tightness in the muscles that can lead to pain in the lower back.
