City To Bay After Party at Dan’s Place (1.5km from finish line) - Music, massage, coffee & pancakes
Everyone welcome - runners, walkers, families and friends.
All abilities and ages welcome, in particular if you are new to running or have been going through some difficult times - we’d love you to join
To join us:
Step 1:
Register your entry at the City To Bay website
Step 2:
During the registration process, make a donation to Bowel Cancer Australia (suggested $50-$100). So we can track the amount of money raise, please email a copy of your donation receipt to dan@kinfolkwellness.com.au
Step 3:
Join our Strava and Facebook groups
Step 4:
Start you training for the City To Bay !
Connect with group and get regular training tips and support from the Resilient Runner Community.
Dan will also be available for check in’s to keep your training on track and your body tuned-up.
Step 5:
City To Bay Race Day -
Find your own way to the start line OR Drop your things at Dan’s place and we can catch the Tram into the city start line
Run the City to Bay
Recover at Dan’s place with:
Music, massages, coffee & pancakes
