Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing the highest quality care and achieving the best possible treatment outcomes for you and we greatly value your time, as well as ours. 

Running an efficient practice allows us to provide the high quality service to you as well as keeping the price at an affordable rate.

Due to our appointment waiting lists, the following late cancellation applies to all patients:

   1)  If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we greatly appreciate at least 48 hours notice by contacting us via phone or email

   2)    Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of *full consult cost*

*Exception: There will be no fee payable if you are able to find someone (e.g friend or family) to replace your spot.
