How To Find Us

We're located at 2/385 Fullarton Road, Fullarton.  This is the western side of Fullarton road, between Wattle and Fisher streets.

We share the space with Equilibrium 4 Health (look for red sign out front).

Dan your Physiotherapist will then greet you in the waiting room and take you through to the treatment area.  Your assessment and treatment will be in a private treatment room. We consider your privacy to be of paramount importance.

All conversations and records are kept confidential. We will only release information about you and your condition to other health practitioners or specialists with your approval.

We value your time

At Kinfolk Physiotherapy & Wellness, we offer a no waiting time guarantee. If you have to wait more than 15 mins for your physio appointment it will be free of charge.

We Listen

We listen to your story and learn about your values and what matters to you.  We work together to define your short and long terms goals for treatment. 

After a full health history check, we will ask some questions to find out more about your current and past injuries.  We then guide you through an extensive evaluation to test your body's movement and function.

Feel Better

Using a combination of education and innovative manual therapy techniques, we aim to reduce your pain and get you feeling better, right from Day 1.  

We use an evidence-based approach that looks at the total body connection rather than isolated muscles or joints.

Move Better

Towards the end of the session, we'll teach you some exercises so that you maintain the gains you've made during the session.

You'll get a written summary of your diagnosis, goals and 'plan of attack' with an idea what we can do to help you and what you can do to help yourself.

What To Wear

Please wear loose fitting comfortable clothing so that the injured part can be examined. 

Towels will be provided to ensure you are comfortable throughout the treatment.  If you're coming from work, you can always bring a change of clothes and change while the physio steps out. 

Be prepared to move! 

And also have your phone ready because we'll uploading some exercises with personalised instructions to your phone.

What To Bring

Any referrals from other health care professionals, and any scans (x-rays, ultrasounds e.t.c.).  If you a runner, also please bring in your running shoes.  You can also download our assessment form here to print and fill out.
