As the Australian community navigates the challenges associated with Coronavirus (COVID-19), it is important for us to keep you informed of the steps we are taking within our clinic to minimise the risk to staff, patients and the wider community.

Right now, our key priority is the health and safety of our clients, staff, and those most vulnerable.

If you’re feeling unwell:

If you have any symptoms of cold or flu, and are feeling unwell, or have been around someone who has been infected, we kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Precautionary Measures

Physiotherapy is an essential service and so we open for business as usual.

We are taking all extra precautionary measure possible and general hygiene practices are key.

We are a very low-volume clinic and we are strictly controlling who enters are clinic, so your risk of contamination is very low.

Hygiene Action Plan

  • All staff are to maintain exceptional hand hygiene

  • Hand sanitizer is available in the clinic

  • All surfaces are disinfected frequently

  • Longer gaps between patients to allow for cleaning

  • Treatment bed being thoroughly disinfected between every patient

  • Avoid shaking hands and we are encouraging our customers to finalise payments via ‘tap to pay’ methods and bring your own pen to sign hicaps receipt

Staying clean and healthy:

Please wash your hands before and after you come into the clinic, and regularly apply hand sanitiser.

Vaccination Policy

Vaccination is a crucial part of the public health response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Dan is fully vaccinated and is committed to protecting the vulnerable people in our community.

If you haven’t already done, so, we encourage you to get fully vaccinated as soon as possible, in consultation with your trusted health care professional.
