Welcome to the Resilient Runner Online Assessment.

This free screening is divided into 2 parts:

  1. Questionnaire

  2. Physical Assessment Tests

Please allow about 20 minutes to complete the assessment.

Once you complete the questionnaire, you will find a link to the physical tests.

After the assessment —>

I will send you a report of findings and recommendations on how to achieve your running goals for 2020 and beyond!

All of your information is completely confidential and secure.

This is a completely free service and my goal is to help as many runners as possible, so please feel free to share with your running friends!

As you can probably tell, I’m super passionate about helping runners stay injury free in these challenging times the world is facing.

Having a strong physical foundation is the key to keeping yourself strong and healthy so we can be of support to others.

  • Dan O'Grady is an experienced Running Physio in Adelaide who has worked with runners from around the world including ultra-marathoners and weekend warriors.

  • Dan worked with Robert De Castella's Indigenous Marathon Project at the 2013 New York City Marathon.

  • A keen runner himself, Dan ran the New York Marathon in 2015 + 2017 and is planning to run the Great Southern Half, Adelaide Half, Murray Bridge Half in 2020.
