Free Group Runs

We meet at 4:30pm every second Friday of the month at Power Living Yoga / Active Bodies Physiotherapy @ 60 Halifax Street in the city. 

This is a social running community and all levels from beginner to experienced are welcome.  The emphasis is on creating the social support for runners to meet, share tips from and learn from each other.

We generally run around the South Parklands and runs last around 30-45 minutes.

Afterwards, take a short guided foam roller stretch in the Movement Studio.
