Welcome to the Healthy Hip Flexors Online Course.
This course is a culmination of 20 years of working at the coal face treating people with hip flexor dysfucntion.
I have been studying the research and seeing first hand how dysfunctional hip flexors can wreck havoc on the body - from lower back pain, neck pain, knee pain and lower leg issues - all related back to the hip flexors.
The problem, is that there are some answers out there - and sometimes they work for a short-time.
You may have tried Yoga, stretching, massage and all give some temporary relief and a glimmer into the life of a pain-free living.
But unfortunately weeks, days or even hours later, you are back to square one.
This reminds me of an Indian parable, where a group of ten blind people were asked to describe what an elephant looked like…
person 1, touching the tusks said the elephant was hard and long
person 2 touching the tail said
It can be be seen that without a bigger and more integrative vision, we can all be ‘right’ with our limited perspective on the situation.
It’s not until we can broaden our view point that things become clearer.
The road ahead
I won’t lie to you - the road ahead is going to be rocky. It’s going to require you to be persistent, patient and gritty.
But like climbing a big mountain, if you take it one step at a time, you will achieve success.
