Why am I passionate about helping runners?
Running is the single most important thing you can do for your health - mental, physical, emotional
Transformative - and translates to other areas - discipline, goal setting, journey, cathartic - hero’s journey
Running is all about the journey - meet people, get to know more about yourself
Connect with nature, connect with yourself, problems get solved
Running is the purest form of building a physical foundation - it is the end product of the first 2 years of our lives,
What led me to running? Grew up football, NYC surrounded by running, living near Central park
What’s my greatest running achievement?
NYC marathon 2015 - having basically nearly bled to death and fainting on a NYC subway in late 2014 hitting 55kg and then returning back to NYC
Serious 5km in 20 mins as a 40 year old
What is my mission?
Help people with education, passion, inspiration, simple exercises to help them achieve their goals and extract the full joy and health
Help people get to an evidence based, gimmick free, self-sutainable, to learn about themselves, to learn to trust themselves, that they are the one who knows themselves best
Teach people how to run, without running themselves into the ground
